Very, Very Funny! 5 product stars
"This short (46 pages) book is beautifully illustrated and very funny fitting in very well with my sense of humour! A great coffee table book to dip into or as a gift (especially with Father's Day & Christmas coming up.) Highly recommended." David P Elliot - 11 June 2014

By Freddie Allen Illustrations by Stuart Roper

'Frank Zappa asked -"Does humour belong in music?" Freddie Allen asked the same question of philosophy, mutatis mutandis.
Freddie was inspired by the humour of of the Taoist sage Chaung Tzu and recognised the merit of a fragmented approach to philosophy (when reading a little bit of Wittgenstein's "Philosophical Investigations.")
Driven also by a disdain for cosmologists, Freddie set out on a journey that took him many years to complete and which culminated in "The Philosopher's Stoned".
We all feel terribly let down.
